This is an opportunity for individuals from community groups, charities, 3rd sector organisations or anyone who provides support to become a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA)
Start 2025 with a good knowledge of mental illnesses, learn new self-help skills to support your own wellbeing and others, be confident in conducting a supportive intervention and signpost to effective resources and organisations.
The course includes a SMHFA manual and certificate.
This is Scotlands official MHFA course approved and managed by Public Health Scotland.
